The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba Toning Sticks, helps focus on specific muscle groups, so you and your muscles stay engaged!
BollyShape
BollyShape is the perfect mix of Bollywood cinematic dance and medium to high intensity cardio exercise. It develops increased stamina, the body's natural rhythm, as well as its balance and coordination skills.
